Made-to-Order Pieces

As all ZahavGold creations are individually crafted to order, purchases are final and non-refundable once an order has been accepted.
 

Manufacturing Defects

If an item arrives materially damaged or defective, written notification must be provided within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photographic evidence.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, ZahavGold will, at its discretion:

• Repair the item, or

• Replace the item

Refunds are issued only where repair or replacement is not reasonably possible.
 

Incorrect Sizing

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure accurate sizing prior to placing an order.

Where resizing is technically possible, it may be offered at an additional charge.

All shipping and insurance costs associated with resizing — including shipment to and from

ZahavGold — shall be borne entirely by the purchaser.

Any item returned must be shipped via a fully insured, trackable courier service. ZahavGold

accepts no responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit where shipping arrangements

have been made by the purchaser.
