1. Introduction

Welcome to ZahavGold.

This website is owned and operated by Moshe Beigel, the fine jewellery collection designed and crafted for ZahavGold.

By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms and Policies.

2. Product Information

All ZahavGold creations are handcrafted in precious metals, including 14K and 18K gold unless otherwise specified.

Due to the artisanal nature of each piece:

  • Minor variations in weight, finish, and detailing may occur

  • Stone weights and dimensions are approximate

  • Images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly due to display settings

Such variations are inherent to handcrafted jewellery and do not constitute defects.

3. Pricing

Prices are presented in Israeli Shekels (ILS) and US Dollars (USD).

As exchange rates may fluctuate, the Israeli Shekel (ILS) price shall be regarded as the final and binding price.

Prices may be updated without prior notice.

Any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or local charges outside Israel are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

4. Orders

Orders are confirmed only upon written confirmation and successful payment authorisation.

ZahavGold reserves the right to decline or cancel an order in the event of:

  • Pricing or typographical errors

  • Payment failure

  • Unavailability of materials

  • Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity

5. Made-to-Order and Bespoke Pieces

Unless otherwise stated, all ZahavGold creations are individually crafted to order.

Accordingly, once an order has been accepted, it is considered final and may not be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

6. Delivery Timeframes

While every effort is made to meet stated timelines, ZahavGold shall not be liable for delays arising from:

  • Material supply issues

which forms an integral part of these Terms.

8.Returns

Returns, refunds, resizing, and defect procedures are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms an integral

It does not cover:
