Returns Policy for Made-to-Order Jewelry

1. Overview

At ZahavGold, we take pride in creating beautiful, made-to-order jewelry that is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Each piece is specially created for you, making it unique and personalized. Due to the customized nature of our products, we have a specific returns policy for made-to-order jewelry.

2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for made-to-order jewelry under the following conditions:

• Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund.
• Incorrect Item: If we accidentally send you the wrong item, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you or provide a refund.

3. Exclusions

Unless otherwise stated all jewellery on the website is made to order especially for you and is to be considered one-of-a-kind and made-to-order.

Made-to-order jewelry that is with or without: customized personal engravings, semi-precious stones, precious stones, diamonds, and with or without specific design requests cannot be returned unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. We do not accept returns for:

• Change of Mind: Since each piece is created especially for you, we cannot accept returns due to a change of mind or preference.
• Size Issues: Please ensure that you provide accurate sizing information at the time of your order. We are not responsible for incorrect sizing provided by the customer.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.
• If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
• Once we receive the returned item and verify the issue, we will process a replacement or refund, as applicable.

5. Refund and Replacement

• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Replacements will be created and shipped to you as soon as possible, and we will cover the shipping costs.

6. Shipping Costs

• We do not reimburse return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

7. Cancellation

• Since our made-to-order jewelry is created promptly after an order is placed, cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of order placement. After this period, cancellations cannot be accommodated.
